Tina has worked with male and females of all ages from teens to senior adults. With 25 years of professional experience as a nationally certified Group Fitness Instructor and 15+ years as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Director she continues to broaden her education with fitness workshops and home studies provided by well respected fitness associations.
